YUMMY IN MY TUMMY STRAWBERRY SO GOOD!!!!

Very fine shaved ice with so many popular flavors! Small cup is just enough for one person or to share with a friend, regular size is huge!
Late night is slower business but they are almost always very very busy. So be ready to wait for a long time….it worth waiting for though!!

This was my second time here. The food is pretty tasty, a regular is much much larger than you'd think, so I would've been better off ordering a small. We went mid day, service was relatively fast, compared to last time, but there is a slight wait.

The vibes though were kinda in shambles. The design of the place is supposed to be trendy, but it's very obvious it's not maintained well. The floors and walls are noticeably dingy and dirty, not to an unsafe or uncomfortable level, but for a place that chose a white design scheme, it's incredibly noticeable.

The guest wifi had no service, and the building has really bad cell reception. I get the nature of shaved ice makes it kinda messy, but the tables were pretty dirty. Probably the biggest issue was the condition of the furniture. One of the benches was incredibly wobbly, almost fell when I went to sit. Half the tables are not sturdy either, wobbling around. I'd exercise caution when sitting down inside.

Overall the food tastes good, but the actual shop could use more TLC. not a regular destination but a good once in a while splurge if you enjoy the tastes.

The tall and long hair server girl was pretty bad at giving customers servic when handling foods to me. I was waiting patiently with no rush. She handed me with her face full of attitude. The food was great and delicious

Bruh - it took 40 mins for me to get this with only a couple folks ahead of me. The actual mango tasted wonderful but the rest was just....ice. Idk man - this was just a bunch of ice with like 1/4 of a mango on top. Taste to price ratio was off. I won't be going back.

We tried the Taro, Piggy Bar and the Black Sesame and enjoyed the outside sitting! The regular sizes filled us up. The ice shaving is made with milk and then ice cream is on the very top!

There are places along the western edge of this country where the sun kisses the ocean and life blooms in colors too rich to name. This is not one of them.

What I stepped into was not a store, nor a ice cream parlor, nor any place where joy might reside... but a sterile chapel of artificial cool, a bureaucratic shrine to melted dreams. I mistook it, at first, for a leasing office or a DMV mid-renovation. White. White. White. Walls like the void. Floors like bone. Tables, menus, even the framed photos: a monotony of nothingness. The only hint of humanity, if you could call it that, were the chaotic lines of HVAC tubing in red and blue, presumably from a drunken contractor who couldn't stand to be there anymore, hanging above the kitchen.

The staff? Ghosts. Gray specters moving without will or warmth, their interactions clipped, automatic, as if language itself had been taxed out of them. You speak; they nod. You gesture; they disappear. Who could blame them, entombed as they are in this soulless monolith for hours on end? Even their disdain feels automated, especially toward the Doordash couriers, who are treated not as people, but as barely tolerated parasites.

And then, the ice cream—if it can be called that—arrives in a bespoke bag that reeks of irony and overdesign. It is not a dessert. It is a eulogy for indulgence, carefully packaged in vanity.

This place is not bougie... it is a parody of bougie, a cruel satire made manifest. It teeters on the edge of self-parody so convincingly that I found myself spiraling into existential questions: Who imagined this place? Who approved it? Who stared into the abyss and decided it needed more white paint and less soul?

And more horrifying than anything—what sorrow sculpted their vision?

Would come back for the HVAC.

Tasty. Expect to wait +/- an eternity

Super delicious! Exactly how you might wish snow would taste. We went on a chilly Sunday right after opening and only had to wait 5 minutes. Next time I would probably try getting two flavors - we split the regular and it was the perfect amount.

Delicious and beautiful treats here. However, it took 30 min to get our order and there were only like 2-3 ppl ahead of us

Shaved Ice was great! I enjoyed it till the last bite. Matcha cream Taiyaki has a croissant texture rather than a pancake one, and it was so good 👍🏻 I would have given a 5 star rating, but the service was so slow and inefficient. I will definitely come back, though.
