I tried their soups at a farmers market and was hooked! Heidi the owner is so sweet and wonderful. These are perfect to keep in the freezer and thaw out. The taste is so much better than anything I could ever make and certainly better than anything you can find at a restaurant. This should be in grocery stores across the world.
I get one of their frozen soups every week at the farmer's market. They are ALWAYS absolutely delicious, the perfect consistency even after being reheated, so well-seasoned, just great. The absolute perfect meal after a long tiring workday.
I have probably tried about 12 varieties of Heidi's soups. Just had the Lemon-Chicken tonight. So delicious! I wasn't feeling well and that just hit the spot for a light dinner. I usually have them shipped to me in Walla Walla but I see everything is sold out. It's going to be a longgg winter.
