A great seafood restaurant with plenty of local drinks to choose from as well. Service was solid and helpful. Really enjoyed the meal itself.

The wait staff was very attentive without smothering. The food was very well prepared and tasty. I had the chowder and sturgeon. The in-shell clams in the chowder were a nice touch. I will return.

This was probably one of the best meals I've ever had during my time in Portland. And I've lived here my whole life. The smoked Halibut and cheese board did most of the heavy lifting in that respect. The cocktails were very tasty. The Brussel sprouts and the bread were also fantastic. The sturgeon was delicious, except that the lemon caper sauce was a little bit bland. The Caesar salad was meh, and the salmon that we got with the salad was ordered medium but arrived rare.Over-all, I'll definitely be coming back, i just probably won't be getting the salad.

A lovely, open atmosphere with a pleasant breeze through the windows (except when a smoker walks by). It's a good idea to get a reservation, otherwise you may have a long wait on a busy night. We were welcomed by friendly staff and complimentary bread served with a yummy garlic butter. The food was pleasantly large portions, we shared an app and 2 mains between 3 of us. The fish was delicate and flaky, though it had a tendency to fall out of the batter of the fish and chips. The cioppino came with a great array of shellfish and a rich broth - they even brought us more bread to sop it up.The only negative was after they gave us the dessert menu to look over, it took them 15 minutes to get back to us despite not being much busier than before. At that point we had to decline dessert because we had a show to get to.It's also worth noting that they apply a 20% gratuity to all bills, which is fine, but they also add a 2.5% credit card charge assuming you pay with a card. They disclose both of these on the menu, but it's easy to skim past them.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is quite good, there is a ramp inside their main entrance with easy access to a couple tables. Though most tables are booths, so a reservation would be highly recommended to ensure an accessible table.

It's definitely my favorite restaurant in Portland. The service is amazing, and the food is made to perfection ?. I visited every day for Happy Hour or dinner. The staff is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. An incredible experience and definitely worth visiting. 10/10 personal rating.

This place reminds me of home, I'm from New York City. The customer service is amazing the bartender (Matthew) will remember your name your order and what you did and didnt like for next time which is a releif! Prices are very resonable and the atmosphere is a VIBE. 10/10.

I had the sturgeon & a cocktail called “detour.” I’d never had sturgeon before & was initially shocked by the small portion size, but it was filling & delicious. My man had the spicy grits, which was good. The spice level was there but not overpowering. We’d go back again.

The management of this establishment appears to be somewhat lacking in transparency and obviously experiences difficulty holding onto their dishwasher for very long. The compensation offered is not considered adequate on any planet for the level of work required. Horrible selfish people run this place. Never work as a dishwasher here.Make them do it themselves.

Non-disclosure junk fees is the business model here. Who determines weather or not to tip? The consumer not the service provider. Here the service provider tells you that 20% is the rate they want from you in addition to the jacked up prices. Here they charge you for using a credit card. Another fee to add to the standard payment. When the prices are already at a premium ( easy to reach $200.00 for a dinner for two) the demand by this business to pay for these junk fees is insulting to hard working patrons. Do they think folks will return? Think about that in your business model.

We popped in for a late lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was clean and our server was great! We had the seafood platter and a cup of chowder each as well as wine and beer. The chowder was hands down the most delicious I have had ever! It tasted as though it was freshly made to order. The platter was fresh tasting with big fat shrimp and fantastic oysters, we liked the apple mignonette best! We will defiantly be back!

Excellent as always for pre-theater or just downtown. If you're into NA cocktails, they are solid, among the best I've had in town.

Ok so I have been to SouthPark Seafood several times over the last six years and always a great experience whether I dine in, carry out or even have delivered by Doordash. In 2020-2021, my daughter and I spent about ten months at OHSU and used delivery and carry out as it's a quick drive over. Always super yummy and they catered to my daughter's craving of grilled cheese quite a bit.Today as we journeyed to OHSU for followups and then plugged the address in after for Southpark for lunch, I realized it had been almost 2 years since my last visit. It was well worth it. My daughter is super picky and had the burger and fries. She loved how the cheese just draped over the burger. No veggies and well done but she said it was juicy. I had the fish and chips and it was perfect! The tartar sauce is very unique with it's touch of heat. Love it for my fries and always get extra. We both got dessert to go and she just ate hers...Cherry Almond Gateau Basque. Her 15 year old judgy opinion stated that alone makes Southpark Seafood a 5 star restaurant. We won't wait so long to visit again.Parking: Within feet of Southpark Seafood is a parking garage. We were there for lunch time and just pulled in to have our car parked for us and just walked maybe 40 feet tops to the door of the restaurant. Super friendly staff!
