Ordered Speciap Spicy chicken and Gyoza like my regular from the Gresham location. Gyoza were good, The Gyoza Sauce was more Salty than ide like. The special Spicy Chicken was not seared very well, Chopped into chunks, Not very much Meat, Rice was good, Macaroni salad was mediocre. overall service was not bad.

So the first time I go to soy grill it's at mall 205. Now I am disabled I just recently got to where I can walk without the help of a walker I am still rickety as heck with my cane so I plan out my trips when I get out of the car. Would that in mind I pulled up in front of the restaurant I called them up and I put in my order for one order of yakisoba noodles with pork now she repeated it all back to me everything was going well I said no that would be fine. I sat outside for 20 minutes think about thinking that was long enough for them to prepare the food. I went inside walked up to the counter and I asked her for my order and told him my name was Don the name on the order. Now this sounded a lot like the gal that was on the phone that took my order. But I had no way to prove that. After walking and back and then coming back out front she asked me what would you like to order after we already been over all that I said what are you talking about I want my order she acted like she had no idea and that there is no order in the back so I spent about 2 minutes on the phone with somebody who acknowledged and repeated what I said and then waited patiently for 20 minutes to go inside and get my food just to find out that some person that check my order didn't actually get turned in. It was quite a while before I actually stopped to order for this place and I was really hungry. I doubt I'll come back here because I really hold it against anybody that causes that much hassle in somebody's life and is unapologetic. So I'm going to leave the judgment up to you guy's.

Any other time this is a 5 star rating, tonight I went to order at 7:30 and was told they were done cooking for the day. The restaurant closes at 8, but apparently the kitchen closes much earlier.

This is probably my favorite teriyaki in Portland. It is consistently good. What sets it apart for me is their salad dressing which is a little sweet yet tangy and it pairs perfectly with the teriyaki sauce and chicken - I put the dressing over everything!

Always nice can get a little busy during lunch rush but the spicy chicken is worth it.it’s a very mild spicy sauce on the chicken.
This place has to be some type of yummy or I wouldn't of found myself visiting for a second time, I got the teriyaki chicken and rice the 1st time and it was way good but my 2nd trip I took a little more time reading the menu and I seen they had the teriyaki chicken but in all white meat for like $3 more, so since I only like white meat I asked for that and it's the only thing I'll have when coming here. Super yummy! And it was more then enough food for myself and boyfriend to share!

The best teriyaki place in Portland. I always get their spicy teriyaki and yakisoba with spicy chicken. The sauce really is a game changer. And their salad dressing is always on point too.

Gross. Coworkers stopped here after two failed attempts elsewhere and brought me the tofu yakisoba. You can see what I mean below but they just dropped five big chunks of fried tofu on top that are too tough to get through with a steel fork. I ended chomping on those using my fingers. The noodles stick together so either they knew the tofu wouldn't be able to penetrate and distribute in any smaller format or they nefariously serve this dish knowing full well the only parts worth eating are on top for easy access. I picked any of the few vegetables I found in the noodles because whatever sauce they cook them in tastes off. Not spoiled but just ew. I ended up tossing all the noodles after extracting anything resembling something like nutrients in it. My coworker who's less picky ate enough of his teriyaki to ward off hunger and flung the remains in the trash next to mine. I hate wasting food so it has to be pretty bad to commit such a criminal act.
