Spaghetti-about it is the best Italian food you can get! Jeff is a great person, cook, and he is always super welcoming and kind. To add to it all Jeff’s wife has an equally great food truck right next door! My personal favorite is his top notch chicken parm, and bread sticks that will give Olive Garden a run for their money! I’ve gotten it every time and it’s 10000% worth the commute and you definitely get bang for your buck with the big portions!!! Your gonna spaghetti-about your hunger eating at Jeff’s truck!
This little food cart has a big personality. The owner is one of the friendliest folks I know, and the pasta dishes he provides are great quality. I am a big fan of the quick carbonara w/ bacon on the menu! And while I love the food, I have to state that the cannolis that he makes are probably the best I have had. This is just one humble opinion, but the freshness of the cannolis are unmatched. The crunch of the dough is SUPREME, the mascarpone filling is absolutely delightful, and the chocolate bits are a perfect finishing touch. They aren't too sweet (as the mascarpone should really be able to shine, and it does!), and the fried cannoli dough tastes only of the best Italian pastries, so clean and free of oil flavor. If you're looking for quick and delicious pasta, stop in for a bite! Take a look at the menu, and don't leave without some cannolis! The price is worth the quality!

Holy linguine, someone knows how to cook their pasta al dente and out of a food truck!! Not only that, the CHEF came and found us in the sea of people and asked us how it was- did it meet our level of expectation?! Why yes, kind sir the food did and the service!! Absolutely ??magnificent in amount, seasoning, presentation, and taste. I must add, this was the first time since food truck hopping that I felt the $$ matched the food - it was that good.

We enjoyed a Tossed Salad (L size $7), Bacon and Egg Carbonara ($17), and Seafood Pesto Carbonara ($35). My husband particularly loved the dressing on the salad. The seafood pasta was packed with small scallops and topped generously with large shrimp. Everything was delicious. The sophisticated flavors showcased the chef's skill, and dining under the tent felt like a satisfying meal on a high-end restaurant patio.? This is fine dining at its best out of a modest looking food truck. We thought it was expensive at first but the wife was in the mood for Italian. We were blown away but the quality and portion size, don’t let the fact this is a food truck trick you, worth every penny. The gentleman working the truck even helped deliver our food inside so I didn’t have to make multiple trips as I had my hands full with our toddler. Will be back and soon, no question about it!
Kid-friendliness: Location had indoor area for our toddler to play in, with fun animal puzzles on the wall.
The food was amazing. The lobster carbonara hit the spot! You'll definitely enjoy ordering because of the friendly owner. It is also my first time to see unique sandwiches options. I'll definitely go back to try them. A family owned food truck serving family soul food. Do not forget the cannoli!
