Tried this for the first time during pizza week and it’s now our favorite pizza place, but you should do the southern MLK location. The northern MLK Sparky’s was not close to as good as the one to the south.
For the price, the food wasn't half bad.

Delicious pizza! Reasonably priced for by-the-slice pizza in Portland. Their outdoor seating is pretty average with lots of street noise, but if you’re in the area and need a quick bite it is worth a visit!

Good pizza but when you find flies on it it can run you the wrong way and question your appetite ? please guys find a way to get gnats/flys off your delicious pizza please!

Got there and waited in line for a little over 30 minutes and I asked them a question and they are super rude and disrespectful.then when I tried explaining to them what I was day ng they told me they are not going to argue and I can leave because they don't have time to talk to me super rude and nasty

I haven’t had sparks in a while but they changed it a little bit. Less doughy and better . $3 for a cheese?? A plus . This place is as good as as escape really . The pizza tastes like an average nyc slice which is good . Kudos to sparkys for keeping it affordable and thinning their pizzas . Not bad at all!!! I would much rather eat here than sit in line for mediocre sourdough pizza for $40
