Staff did not acknowledge any of the customers. Once we got to the register, we were not still not acknowledged even tho there was someone standing there. They then walked off and said someone else would be back to take our order. The girl who helped us was rude and hardly spoke to us. Pointed at the bags of day old bagels and said “take one of those” and walked off. We also noticed anti-Israel stickers on their tip jar. Not a professional place nor did it feel welcoming.

Staff was friendly, despite me messing up the timing of the online order. They happily corrected my mistake and completed my order early. Everything was delicious.

Absolutely the best bagels west of the Mississippi - 10/10 recommend this for people who miss proper OG NYC style bagels!

Great selection of vegan bagels/non dairy spreads. I would avoid their mock meats, sausage is seitan that is very chewy and gummy and the bacon was equally odd. We go here often and it’s consistent and reliable aside from the vegan meats!

Sat at counter listening to two employees discuss something for about 3 mins without being acknowledged. Was picking up an order for a customer. 5 mins before i reached the store i got a notification saying the order was ready for pickup. The order being 1 bagel. I waited for 15 mins in total at the store. Time is money. They have alot of work here to do. Theres a reason their dining area has 2 people in it on a weekend.

Unfortunately, I know why this place is always empty now. The whole place has a weird smell. The girl at the counter asked me to wait, even though there was no one ahead of me, and she was obviously just doing side work. The bagel itself was chewy, a little bit burnt and tasted old. and had a weird flavor, and there was a huge lack of cream cheese. I’ll stick to Henry Higgins 😬

These bagels taste terrible

there were four people working in floor and I wasn’t greeted as a uber eats driver. after entering there is no sign for “pick up order” so as any driver would to ensure fast delivery for customers, stood to the side. all I got was glares. still no communications or “hello, who are you here for” or “hello delivery drivers stand over here in line for pickup” so I waited in a 25 minute long line while customers Uber Eats order sat on counter, getting cold. do better for the customers sake.

Well a bit hit and miss. The poppy seed bagels were stale and had an annoying flavor of garlic seasoning. Drip coffee was ok. Just can’t find anything to get excited about unfortunately.

I appreciate that they offer several vegan spreads--Cultured Kindness cashew cheese, hummus, peanut butter, strawberry jam, and Tofutti cream cheese. However, I ordered vegan bacon, cheese, and egg on a pumpernickel bagel. Note: Other than the cheddar flavors, the bagels are now vegan.

Easy place to grab a bite, bagels are not as fresh as I would expect, staff is collecting a paycheck.

Had a bagel with salmon cream cheese. Was really yummy. The coffee pot was almost empty, got 1/2 cup of Luke warm coffee. The barista offered me a Americano! Enjoyed the warmth of the place.
