Spielman Wholesale Bagels

Always a pleasure dealing with this kind crew when I pick up the day-olds that they thoughtfully donate to a local food bank. In doing so they simultaneously prevent food waste, and provide sustenance to those in need.

I wish I could give this bagel shop 0 stars. The bagels are rock hard one day after getting them, might as well pick up a rock and try eating it.

Edit: I noticed the manager said to take my review with a grain of salt and also had Seth's review with photo proof taken down.
Seth was an employee who noticed fruit flies in the bagel dough and told management and they sent them out to customers anyways.

First of all, I have never been to this shop before. I was with my daughter, and wanted to get her a treat, however, our experience was horrible. We walked in and my daughter asked for the flavors of pastries in the case. The lady ignored her and walked away. Then, I was chewing gum, and my mask fell below my nose. The lady then told me to pull up my mask in the rudest, angry way possible. Then, the man working yelled at me to leave the shop if I didn’t understand the rules. My mask fell for a split second and now I was being told to leave the shop because I didn’t understand the seriousness of the issue. I simply wanted to buy my daughter a treat. My daughter asked again for the flavors of the pastries, and the employees response was in a rude and annoyed voice. The customer service and the way the employees treated us disgusted me. I will never go to this bakery again.
