Awful service, food was gross, and people were egregiously loud. 0/10

Large portion of brisket for the brisket platter, but larger flaws. As you can see from the photo, it is almost half fat. The overall flavor was greasy and chalky, and it pulled apart in strings. The potatoes with it were fine, but the barbecue sauce was overly sugary and thin, reminiscent of Heinz 57, but weaker. The sliced pickles were bland and appear to have yellow food dye. The service was perfectly nice, the beer was good.
On a second visit, I ordered the bao buns and the mushroom flatbread. The flatbread was good. The bao buns were made with shredded beef that was the same as the brisket. They also weren’t buns, but bao flour disks with the beef and carrots on top, and even a couple of minutes after delivery, they were already turning soggy. I would avoid the brisket dishes here.

Burger week burger was great! Nice and clean, quick service, good wine options. Not sure why the reviews are so bad

Seriously, I paid $12.00 for a 1/2 bowl (more like a cup) of Chowder!! Ridiculous.

Order the hanger a notch more rare than you would like it. It was a tad over but the Asian presentation for lettuce cups was to die for!

Slow service at one point but great service the next time. Guess it depends on the bartender. Cocktail was just okay. Beer was good and onion rings were great! Huge portion

So you sign up to participate in burger week and then don’t let people in unless they’re staying at the Hyatt? What kindof of game are you trying to pull?

I order a stake and frits- the stake was supposed to have chimichurri which it was not(it was made with horseradish); it was extremely spicy and taste like nothing. The stake was blended and the fries super salty. My husband order a chicken salad, chicken was super blended and the “lettuces” swimming vinaigrette . Food was Not to the Hyatt standards.

Not only did every drink I get from here absolutely slap, but there was a girl in pink, who went out of her way to find me what I needed in order to have a wonderful night. Every bartender that served me was polite and courteous, and made a wonderful drink.. if I could write service more, I would

This is what I was served for $23 (see pics). The price wasn’t the problem. My food was mostly fat and lacked seasoning and bbq sauce. The bartenders were super nice and polite (not too bad to look at either lol). I saw a host of amazing looking drinks being made. I would recommend bar first, then after a few drinks down- I can recommend the food. Sober, the food isn’t great.

Had a very positive experience with one bartender and a very negative experience with another. The kind that makes you feel unwelcome and confused about what offense may have been perceived. Then uncomfortable.
