I went here a few times on a trip to Portland and I consistently think about moving to Portland just to be close to this shop. I live in Florida.

This place is fantastic. This was our first visit. The customer ahead of us was giddy to recommend their house made vanilla syrup for our coffee drink and the “wicked awesome” sandwich. We aren’t vegetarians but he was so insistent that we changed our order to a vanilla latte ( which was divine) and the recommended sandwich. Service was efficient and friendly. The sandwich was a generous serving with a lot of flavor. It managed to avoid being dry without being greasy. 10/10 would do again.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from for the veggie friendly crowd.

Delightful, eclectic little walk up spot with a few outdoor seating options. Everything is made in-house, and I do mean everything!! If you have never had a Smokey Barbarian or the house made chai, you are definitely missing out!Vegetarian options: The house-made veggie sausage is incredible!

This man knows coffee, he knows how to make it, knows how to roast it, knows how to run an amazing coffee establishment. It’s my favorite coffee shop in Portland. Please go check it out you will not regret it. (He also makes all his own syrups and the lavender latte is absolutely killer)

The owner/operator Grey is so warm and friendly, I always leave feeling better than I arrived. His breakfast sandwiches are tasty but a little greasy. Coffee and tea are excellent. Note this is takeout only — there is no seating inside.Vegetarian options: Cheese and egg breakfast sandwiches

Best breakfast bagel I've had in YEARS. What a funky spot. The guy was great and I don't know how he manages it from that little building, but that bagel.... Grilled perfectly. Cheese perfectly melted. Eggs perfectly fluffy. What was that Parmesan spread?!

Absolutely adorable place!! Coffee is delicious and roasty. They also have fun flavors - I got latte with cardamom and lavender. They make your sandwiches on a grill and it’s so delicious! Between a breakfast sandwich (bagel, 2 eggs, cheese & cream cheese) and 16oz latte, I only spent $10 - which I think is a pretty good deal with current day’s prices. Parking is easy too!

I have never met anyone that is as excited to serve coffee as this person was. So kind and their cold brew was so good. I didn’t get the food, but I trust that they probably make a really good breakfast sandwich if they put as much care into it as they do the coffee.

Stopped in here while visiting Portland...the service was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.Got 5 different sandwiches for the family as well as a flat whit and an americano. All the sandwiches and bagels were delicious. The coffee was amazing! I just wish I lived closer. I would be a frequent flyer of this place.Well done.
