Absolutely love this place. Their vegan ice cream and cones are the best in town!
We sat outside in the sunshine, it was nice.
Great place for ice cream staff was super friendly and great choices for ice cream.
Psyched that there is vegan ice cream at St Francis. However the texture of the vegan ice cream is consistently flakey and dry - not creamy. Needs some improvement!
Great flavor options and all gluten-free!
Just found out about this little hidden gem! Such yummy ice cream and very friendly staff! Will definitely tell friends and family about it and will definitely be back!
Tried the marionberry and the raspberry swirl. Both are delicious. They deserve their high ratings!
The Mango Custard is great as well.
They have new flavors every week or two, so it's a great excuse to revisit!
If I had won the 1 billion powerball jackpot here in Oregon, I would’ve started a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to subsidize the cost of the waffle cones at this ice cream shop for all patrons. They’re so good - it’s like a thin, crunchy waffle-graham-cracker hybrid which literally changed my life. Now I no longer care about the economy, foreign affairs, or any political nonsense; all I can think about is waffle cone.

The best waffle cone in town!
vegan options are like jelly that hasn't quite set right. Photos are from first 5 min of at 70 degree day. Should not peel when scooping. Is it tapioca gone wrong? not sure. Both chocolate and raspberry had same issue. Ice cream with dairy did not have those issues. The dairy eaters found the chocolate and decaf coffee flavors really smooth and flavorful. So, it really depends on what your there for. Atmosphere is great. Customer service is spot on. If they can figure out the vegan ice cream I'd be a regular. Will come back just in case this is a fluke batch.

Very tasty
Super friendly staff. Good ice cream ( not sure if it’s tillamook like the containers say or made by them). The downside is the servings are ridiculously small. I’d rather go a little out of my way to get more bang for my buck
The marionberry was great! On entry my nose was greeted with baking spices used when cooking the waffle cones. So tasty
Just your cute little local neighborhood ice cream shop. Love the vibes and flavors here. They do split scoops and I got the strawberry matcha and raspberry cheesecake, which I loved! Their icecream are not overly sweet unlike most, and some of the fruit flavored ones have a wonderful natural tart, sourness, and sweetness to them!
Closed when it said it was open. Looks like a nice spot though.
