My wife and I had a great experience at St Jack's! The service was attentive without being annoying. Water glass was never empty! The timing of our food was perfect. We never felt rushed and we never felt like a long time had passed between courses! We thoroughly enjoyed the salads and the tomato soup! Tartare was so good and portion was well worth the price!
Party of four, arrived ten minutes late for a 5:00 pm reservation due to traffic issues. When we arrived, the Maitre D' warned us we had to be done by 7:00, which was not going to be a problem. And we understood and apologized. But start to finish, our server rushed us through the entire meal. It was very unpleasant. The Maitre D' even came over after a few minutes and said they'd had a cancellation so we didn't need to worry. I'm not sure the server...
I’ve been wanting to come here a long time… I used to live in France and I always miss the tartare so I thought I’d come check it out here. I saw that Saint Jack had it with the marrow, which is another thing that I really like. I’ve never had the two together, so I was curious what that would be like.
