So great! We have been here a few times, and they always have the most always amazing seasonal flavors (but don’t skip the vanilla - it’s the best I have ever had). Staff goes above and beyond with my kids, and everyone is always so friendly.

I walked in with a friend 15minutes before close, we talked for about 5 minutes before I finally spoke up and asked if it was too late to order. I was yelled at and told to give them a break because they are doing dishes. As we left she followed us out screaming how she doesn't appreciate people yelling. So she ignored us talking for 5 minutes and felt it was okay to yell at us when I asked if it would be any trouble.

Delicious options for dairy and dairy free. We were celebrating a birthday and they bday icecream was delicious > (I was told) and I got a split scoop of pineapple and lemon. It was absolutely perfect after a bar hop and dinner. We took it along for a walk to Laurelhurst Park. Will definitely be back again.

I love Staccato. It's locally owned and has unique flavors made by the owner. One of my favorites is the Rose Petal. It is subtle and Persian! The pricing is just right. The cones are always fresh and crispy. This place is a real Portland gem!
My fiancee and I visited Portland on a small vacation and found ourselves in this cute little place twice. Both times were delicious! The first time we had one goat cheese and fig drizzle (sounds odd but it’s AMAZING) and then a mix of banana and strawberry. The second photo shows a raspberry cone and an espresso mixed with salted caramel. Both times we went they had unique flavors out. None taste fake or like your typical gelato. Nice and smooth and every flavor we tried was delicious.

This place needs a good clean out and a heavy revamp. It was dusty and not very clean. The guy who served us was on his phone and didn’t wash his hands before serving our gelato. It comes in a tiny portion cup like a side of salad dressing at a restaurant with a spoon the size of my pinky finger.

I had a very disappointing experience today with one of the staff members at your location. She was noticeably rude and displayed a negative attitude throughout our visit. Due to her behavior, I chose not to leave a tip. After that, she made a comment under her breath while looking at my family, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I’m fairly certain it was something inappropriate.
She also made a point of checking the register to confirm that no tip was included, and proceeded to act in a more unprofessional manner—slamming chairs loudly and ignoring a simple request for water from my 7-year-old son.
This was my first visit to your establishment, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The level of customer service we received was unacceptable.

I don’t know how you can operate any type of food service in a restaurant that reeks of chemicals and detergent. The smell was so strong (5-July) no one could sit inside. I’m hopeful they just had a serious problem and had to deep clean everything since the service and gelato were on point. If the fix the atmosphere with better ventilation this place could be five stars.

This place is an absolute gem. The gelato is insanely fresh, creamy, and full of real flavor, honestly might be the best ice cream I’ve ever had. You can tell they care about quality and every flavor feels handcrafted. It’s a small spot, but packed with charm and passion. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
