This store is an absolute staple to the Goose Hollow neighborhood. When I was working as an evening line cook, they were one of the last places open where I could get amenities and treats post shift. They are veteran and family owned, the staff are friendly, happy to help, and detail oriented. It is slightly further away but preferred by locals over other stores. The recently added Krunchy Krispy Chicken offers delicious options such as the $4.99 Cajun chicken sandwich and tasty, crunchy chicken. Other menu items include mashed potatoes, gravy, jambalaya, shrimp, and tenders. Although the jambalaya sausage has a peculiar taste, the fried chicken is superior to that of nearby Fred Meyer's. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is welcoming to all. In addition to the friendly service, Stadium Superette offers a variety of food, including pizza, chicken fingers, and rice bowls. This local business, run by good people, is worth supporting. The owners have the courage to admit when they make mistakes and will make it right. They want better for W Burnside. The chicken is flippin dank, too. Staff were so nice and helped find items even when half asleep. It is one of the only convenience stores open past 11am. Great selection of items too, they even had slushies!
