What is with Starbucks in the States not being open on Saturdays? This one is right across the street from the Marriot Courtyard, which does not have coffee in the rooms. They could be making a killing on Saturdays from hotel patrons alone.

Good service, baristas were polite and fast, the coffee is Starbucks so you either like it or you don't, I think it's good.

I have had many orders wrong, they always screw you over and make it 90% ice, and also it turns out they use Half & Half that has preservatives in it and I have an issue with that because my body can't consume preservatives, it causes me severe intestinal pain. Don't blame the service, blame the company forcing them to use bad practices and cheap ingredients, always making my own drinks from now on.

Almond mocha tasted watered down, did not even taste like a rich mocha flavor, it tasted like vomit. Really unhappy how expensive it was, and the drinks were not made with love. Friendly baristas, but the drink I received taste like vomit. I had better almond mochas at other cafes, plus the chat I had with costumer service online was not better, it needs to be addressed, and she told me, she seen my recent interactions, I email about the same things. I have not emailed or chatted about what needs to be addressed in a year. Starbucks is going down hill with a lack of respect for it's costumers, specially costumer service online.

Told me, someone living with Multiple Sclerosis, to go to another Starbucks because they won't fix my pikes with extra half n half. Was literally told by Gannon to go to another Starbucks. Must be nice to be an able bodied white dude, the callousness. Not to mention, when are dogs allowed in starbucks?

Excellent customer service at this location. Not only were they incredibly friendly, they insisted on making me a new drink when I ordered the new apple macchiato even though I told them it was fine - I didn't like it, it does NOT taste anything like apple I repeat no yummy apple taste at all. It basically tasted like bitter coffee.
