Got an iced caramel macchiato, added things to it like I normally do, it tasted like straight water like I got an iced americano. I get this every single time, this was my first time to this starbucks and it's never been this watery and nasty. Shots were just so bad waste of money.

Please save yourself some trouble by avoiding this place. The customer service is horrible. The drinks can be made wrong and you'll get blamed for it. If there's an issue and you see the store manager you will be accused of being at fault. Thank you so much for your service, I'd gladly take my money across the street to avoid you and your store.
