This could possibly be the slowest Starbucks on the planet. I waited 20 minutes with two people in front of me. When I FINALLY got in my order the barista insisted my request wasn't on the menu. I showed it to him on the menu and he said he had never seen it before. When he finally made it, it was terrible and he admitted he forgot the main ingredient and refunded me my money. Half an hour wasted.

Please save yourself some trouble by avoiding this place. The customer service is horrible. The drinks can be made wrong and you'll get blamed for it. If there's an issue and you see the store manager you will be accused of being at fault. Thank you so much for your service, I'd gladly take my money across the street to avoid you and your store.

This is a great location, good parking, low volume. You'd think it would be a first choice for Starbucks fans in this busy neighborhood, but it's the poorest managed Starbucks I've ever been to. It's either overstaffed, with people milling around (no one gets served any faster, but there are more people) or understaffed, and the staff seem to all be on their first day on the job. Take today for example, there were three of us. We were the only customers. There was a singe barista. He seemed unfamiliar with the words used to order standard Starbucks drinks. (English is his first language), so the ordering process was painfully SLOW. Then he was very hesitant about how to ring up our orders. So that was painfully SLOW. Then he took forever to actually make the drinks. We literally were there for 25 minutes. I've given the place three chances. Not again.
