Awful customer service the workers are rude and unfriendly
anyone concerned about not recovering free ice water, please complain to corporate! it’s the new starbucks corporate policy to only give free ice water with purchase! there is also a water fountain around the corner.
The person working there was so nice because they gave me a free cake pop after the first two things I wanted were out of stock. The water was also super good.
Jason took our order and then when the food was ready he remembered who we were and brought our order directly to us. Small head tire but it showed he cares!🙏
Walked up and asked for a large ice water. The man that waited on me refused to make me one. Stating that “ I had to purchase something before he would give me water” are you serious? My son has a appointment requiring him to drink a large amount of water and we didn’t have time to order. Will follow up with a name of the man soon.
By far one of the best across Oregon not just because it's coffee but simple great people but simply the best coffee made with love but my cup hasn't been wrote on
Barista Eve @ the Doernbacher Children Hospital was a ray of sunshine for my otherwise gloomy day. She’s attentive and knowledgeable. Her warm smile and vibrant personality was evident. She very nicely explained my ordering options to me. Eve provided excellent customer care service. Promote NOW!! Kindness is never wasted.
I love the workers here. They make the best coffee and I’ve never had a bad mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino from them. They speed like crazy and produce quality. 10/10 😊

Honestly the friendliest staff at a Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Consistently day after day, there is always a positive energy.

Staff is great, but just got a Hot Chocolate, it was so gross. I think they forgot the chocolate. For 4.75 plus $1 tip, you'd think they could get it

It's a Starbucks in a hospital. The space is large and decorated for a children's hospital. The food is Starbucks, full of cheap ingredients at premium prices. The drinks are over priced and full of sugar. You can help finance their investment schemes by putting money into the Starbucks app.The parking is free for patients and visitors. Lots of construction and parking decks. Not a fun place for long vehicles or trailers.Lots of poke stops and gyms. There are public places to walk inside, but it is a hospital, so best to avoid if you're looking for a community day or event play and not working, patient, or visitor. There are plenty of other much better places to play Pokemon go.
Vegetarian options: This is the food you should be eating.
Parking: There are a few parking lot spaces but long or trailer vehicles will not be able to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a children's hospital, so it depends on your kid.
Wheelchair accessibility: Totally wheelchair accessible.
