Very delicious
No one was there when I got there. No sign. Waited, since the only reason I went into Fred Meyers was to get coffee. After about 10 minutes was told she was on her break. 20 minutes later was told she wouldn't be back for 30 more minutes. I cannot believe fred meyers has no one else trained on the machines to cover her breaks. After all that I still have NO coffee
That Starbucks sits in a pretty sketchy spot, full of characters that make for an interesting visit. The service? Let’s just say it’s not exactly warm and welcoming. The baristas are new, still figuring things out, and the coffee takes its sweet time.
Um the most coffee tasting pumpkin chai I have ever had. I think they didn’t give me tea, but espresso.
This is not a freestanding building. It’s in a goddamn grocery store. When you are traveling, and your car is completely completely filled with music equipment you can’t leave your car unattended, which would be the case if you went into this freaking grocery store.
Awful costumer service ever. There was a young men named Kaven or something similar. He was very mad and throwing things. I don’t know the reasons why he was acting in that way.
If you are having a bad day, please ask someone for help and take a break
, we are humans. Bu it is not professional to behave like that in front of costumers. He was like a teenager in a middle of a crisis.
Adding to that, he gave me a wrong order. Totally disappointed.

I went sunday and order an iced white chocolate mocha.. they put no whipped cream and i asked he said i had to pay 2.99 for that when the drink comes with cream. That was the badest starbucks no good service.

This is the first time I've reviewed a service because I can't overlook so many negative experiences. The staff here is generally enthusiastic and good, except for a girl, possibly named Brittany or something similar. I'm not sure about the name, but she often wears large hoop earrings and multiple piercings on her face. Her behavior towards customers is extremely, extremely, extremely bad and rude. I've never encountered such a rude employee. I frequently visit Fred Meyer to buy things and get Starbucks. However, after four times buying and placing orders with her, she always shows indifference, lack of enthusiasm, pretending not to know the answers to my questions. Importantly, when I bought water on Thursday with a 50% off promotion, she didn't apply the discount. After realizing this and returning to ask another staff member, they told me to talk to her for assistance. When she heard the other staff reporting to her, she said she needed to go to the restroom and made me wait for almost 15 minutes. Another barista felt sorry for me, so they asked someone else to help. I feel her attitude will greatly impact Starbucks' customers, and you should consider letting her go because she is not worthy and suitable for the Starbucks team. I love the service of Starbucks employees, and she made me feel disgusted with the place. I believe that if you continue to let her work, you will face many issues with customers.

So sometimes there hardly anyone working sometimes there's way too many . Not very good at letting the costumers who drinks are done multiple drinks from different orders were coming out once I was so confused on why I had all but 1 of my drinks and three different orders after mine were going out . So bad communication confusion is very nice, but drinks aren't as good . Sorry guys
