When employee couldn’t get the cold brew on tap to work, I (twice) asked for an iced americano instead. He refused and found some gut rot cold brew concentrate to serve me. Two sips and I had to throw it away. They got their last 6$ (4.75$+tip) from me. Oh, and I was late to work thanks to the 10+ minute wait.

West Hills Starbucks on Barnes Road, always friendly, efficient, and the drinks there are usually first-rate. Definitely enjoy it every time I go there, which isn't often, but the service and quality seems consistent. Definitely worth giving a try, if you haven't already. Best Wishes!
