Came in a bit before closing to have this person take my order with the most amount of attitude and then had the audacity to put my drinks at the complete opposite end I was standing on then let me stand there and not tell me they were done.
I will never return to this location and im sending this complaint all the way up to corporate.

Strbucks is really great place for meet up get together with friends and for ofcourse the coffee, been a member for long time now and it's awesome, except for most of the baristas failing to pronounce my name even though it's clearly printed in front of the cup and on my strbucks phone app. My Name is MIKAEL AND NOT MICHAEL this frasturates me a lot. But other than that strbucks is a respected and reliable place for coffee.

Went in this morning at 7:25, and was told they weren't open yet. I asked how long and was told about a half an hour. They are supposed to open at 7am.

I shop at this Fred Meyer frequently but this was my first time getting Starbucks here. The woman who made my coffee this morning was working by herself with a huge line of patrons, and did so efficiently and with a smile behind her mask. She was kind and upbeat- what a wonderful way to start my day.
Had my sister order a matcha green tea frap with oat milk, whip cream on bottom and vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. My drink is always green. This is what I got ? I don’t know what it is.

The staff previously were fantastic. The staff now need an attitude adjustment. Not only that, they don’t open until 8 or 9 and close before at least 1 because I’ve gone on multiple occasions between noon and one and they were closed. That’s barely even 4 hours. Why be open in the first place?When you do happen to go during the short hours they have, the drinks are made incorrectly, if you ask them to fix it they roll their eyes at you, and every cashier is just blatantly rude. I’m sorry. If I pay for something additional in my drink or you make it wrong and I ask nicely for you to fix it ( i always do ) and you roll your eyes or heavily sigh you need to be let go. The same girl took another customers order way after closing but had the audacity to say they were closed to both me and another customer. When I was done shopping a few hours later ( Xmas shopping ), she wasn’t even cleaning just standing there on her phone. Even from a small glance you could see the dirty counters and unwashed dishes.They have no customer service. I come here all the time and the new staff are horrible. I don’t suggest to anyone that they come here unless they’re absolutely desperate, but even so you’d be lucky if they were even open.
