I came three times. Poor customer service. The last time they had no ice. They couldn’t make me a vanilla Bean.The last two times they were too busy gossiping and being lazy.

The Starbucks barista obviously did not care about his job. He was rude to me and when he was making my drink he chose a stained venti cup. He saw that it was stained but used it anyways. Then when he handed me my drink he slammed it on the counter and the drink spilled out the top. He didn’t apologize and I cleaned the drink and left.

Best coffee there is, in massively accessible franchise you can find almost anywhere. The only other place out here in the PNW that holds weight is Black Rock. But there are only a handful of those.

They always only have one person working here, so it is the slowest service ever. I usually just avoid going here and regret every time I stand in line waiting. Seriously please hire another person. You are one of the few companies that can anymore and it would probably help you gain business at this location.

I'm not sure witch Starbucks this is, there all very consistent. I love most, however I stopped by the Hood River Starbucks by the bridge, about the same time, i had the worst experience ever.I had to repeat myself about five times to the clerk, and then it got bad, a co worker got mad because I spoke up a. Bit loudly to the cashier.In retaliation she made my order wrong, and when I called her on it she got mad and took a extra long time.I all ways try to say positive comments, but not this time.My compliant is not so much about the cashier as it is about the cashier's helper.I will not be returning to Hood River Bridge Starbucks.

I've tried to give this location a few different tries but man, today was just as terrible as the other days that I just want to give some general feedback. This stand needs to figure out a way to teach their employees better multi tasking skills somehow because each time that has been the main issue whether it's my order or someone else's. Today particularly the guy made my drink and before it was even barely started I asked about getting a breakfast sandwich, most baristas at Starbucks when I've forgotten have literally stopped making the drink if it's not coffee real quick and popped it in the oven and continued to make the drink while it was heating up, instead this guy decides to finish my drink while someone else is waiting in line and I ask about my sandwich and he tells me to get back in line lol.... uhm.. technically you were helping me first so it would of made more sense to initially finish out the first order. People usually stick to starbucks because of quick efficient service and usually pretty consistent. This stand on the other hand has been a headache every time. And you could tell it made the guy in line feel awkward and he couldn't decide whether to order or be nice and let me just order my sandwich. But instead, you guys missed out on a sale not just once but forever at this point because I will take my happy a** down the street to the location that's not basically directly across the street from my house, just to get the same service I usually get anywhere else. I forgot to tip the guy too and was ready to pay for my sandwich and tip and then that happened. Kind of makes me happy it worked out the way it did. Sorry not sorry *kanye shrug*
