I thought your Frappuccino’s were better 23 years ago, when I was 16. You have improved a lot since I first had an iced coffee from your company. This caramel crunch Frappuccino is the best thing I have ever tasted. Great job. It’s perfect. I have drank Dutch Bros and Dunkin’ coffee. Nothing they have compares to this cold, delicious, extravaganza. I’m a fan for life. 23 years of loyalty from me to you.

I come to this Starbucks almost every day, not even exaggerating! All the workers here are beyond friendly, fast, and so amazing! I appreciate all of their hard work and they always make me start my day amazing! I’ve gone to all the other Starbucks locations around here many times and none have been as amazing as this location! Even during the snowy days i wasn’t able to leave my house by car, so I walked to this location every day and the workers still had an amazing attitude! Never had an order made incorrectly and a lot of times they even remember my order lol!

I've been coming here for a few years now, and it's one of the friendliest Starbucks I've been to. Great staff!!! I also really enjoy the friendly pics and messages they write on the cups. It makes my day when I've had a tough one. Shout out to Hailey, Michael, and Sierra!

Iced Coffee was wrong. Egg bites were burnt and I tipped. There's no long a good Starbucks in this area
I have been ordering coffee (usually just a regular one) from this location for many years now. In last couple months, the taste of their coffee has degraded so much, I now decided to stop coming to this place. I just took a pike today where the barista mixed so much milk it doesn’t taste like coffee anymore, and when I looked at it, it just looks like sligtly brown milk. Even I wouldn’t give that to a paying customer, I wonder how a barista would.

Asked for an espresso con panna with extra whipped cream, and they filled it all the way with whipped cream in a tall cup instead of a mini! (Lots of whipped cream)

Horrible service and toxic ingredients. DO NOT purchase these drinks. Research toxic starbucks chemicals. My stomach aches after drinking here. It's for a reason you should know.

There replacement cups are AWFUL. The first one broke on me in the car and spilled hot coffee everywhere.. I went back and complained to get this second cup of coffee that is overfilled and spilling out of the bottom and top….DO NOT USE these cups wth

After months of avoiding starbucks— today’s encounter was the perfect reminder of why I shouldn’t waste my time or money here.
The woman who took our order in the drive thru seemed very annoyed she didn’t know what a cortado was. Instead of trying to understand what I was asking for, kept offering other drinks. She cut us off mid sentence 3 times with “anything else?”. When we went to the drive up to pay, the young man was kind and apologetic even though he had no reason to apologize. He told us she’s been working since 5 am (not my problem) and was trying to get off work and was frustrated she couldn’t figure out what we wanted. It gets better— we asked to speak to a manager, the kind fellas let us know she was the team lead. Behavior like that from a team lead, hilarious. Great example for the rest of your team. Anywho, being pregnant also apparently was the reason she treated her customers like garbage. Starbucks, provide early maternity leaves for those who can’t get a grip on their emotions. Having a bad day? Take the day off.
