No fault of the employees (from what I could see) but the wait times at this Starbucks are shockingly long due to the "hidden" line of mobile orders. My ETA for a few coffees was a whopping 20-25 mins, I actually waited 45-50 minutes before I had to leave to board my plane - my order still wasn't ready and there were folks who had been waiting even longer than me. Super frustrating start to the day!

Walked all the way from concourse d to c just for drinks. Longest wait ever!! Thought we'd miss our plane!! Got in line to get money back!!

We didn't stand in line long, about 15 min at 6.30am, and we're impressed with how fast things were moving, especially after reading the crummy reviews people left here. But! Got to the register to order and the server said, "We don't have dairy products here." !!! WHAT!? Lol! I feel like there should've been a notice somewhere on their signs. Not a fan of dairy alternatives with coffee. Guys plz ... Put it somewhere obvious.

For this busy location, you need more baristas working. The girl working was kicking ass, but no way could keep up with workload!! Hire more people!!staff nice and helpful and friendly!

You know how sometimes when somebody tells you something smells bad, out of curiosity you just have to smell it?

That is the only reason you should go to this Starbucks: so you can experience for yourself the worst Starbucks in the world.

The staff operate without any sort of purpose, urgency, or care. They don't seem to have any grip on how to actually make any of the drinks. Some kids in front of me ordered some fruity smoothie type drinks, and the staff had to have a whole kiki just to (kind of) figure out how to make them.

Maybe they have the right idea. Maybe we can all learn something from the Starbucks PDX staff. Just don't care about anything! Life will be easier.

Was on a flight leaving PDX and stopped to get a drink to go. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will make it a point to stop by every time I’m in the EGate area

Opened up almost 10 minutes late. No paper receipts for business travel. Photo as a receipt! Terrible service across the board. Supervisor super lazy. Is ownership listening? Obviously not!

I walked to this concourse just to get coffee. The moment I walk up I’m told it’s a 30 minute wait for coffee. There was a max of 10 people waiting with 3 workers making drinks. When I said that’s fine she seemed very annoyed with that decision. We got are drinks 5 minutes later. Seemed they didn’t want to work and were scaring people away with a 30 minute wait time.

Dang! 22 minutes to wait for coffee?

We are in an airport and 22 minutes is ridiculous to wait for a latte!

I purchased this at 0509 hours and didn’t get my coffee until 0531 hours!! Now if I was ordering dinner totally understandable! This Starbucks wasn’t that busy, however they literally had 3 workers staring at each like they were bewildered, 1 worker making food and 1 worker taking orders!!

Never have I ever waited 22 minutes for coffee!! Seriously ?

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! VERY SLOW! Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry! They made drinks for people behind me in line and didn’t make mine for like 10-15 minutes. Rude, sloppy looking and unprofessional employees, they constantly were visiting instead of making drinks! One worked made a drink wrong or something and she threw the lid and was irritated! All while we are watching her! She was wearing a tie dye bandana! They were out of everything! Our drinks and food didn’t even taste good after spending $22 and had to ask about 4 times for our order! Place felt dirty! The counter where they hand you your drink was covered in circles from drinks and appeared sticky! Wouldn’t want my drink sitting there. Stay alway!

We were in line for 15 min only to find by 1030 am they had run out of cold brew, cold foam which took out half the menu. The staff was disorganized, I paid in cash, they did not have change in bill and I was given $3.00 in dimes and quarters. The gal taking orders spoke so softly under her mask we could not hear what she was saying.
I understand being a busy coffee shop. But being out of a staple item before 11 am. Not a good way to be prepared for a day.
