I'm a regular here and have been for years, and something changed when they got a new manager. The team members themselves have always been wonderful, helpful, friendly, never had a drink made wrong, always quick, but I can tell they act different when this new manager, Sam, is around versus not. Now the place feels stressed and he just seems fake. The rest of the team always seems genuine when we interact but Sam makes me feel icky in a way? Like I shouldn't be there, or something. The experience just feels gross now and makes me not want to come here. If it wasn't for the fantastic rest of the team, I would have stopped coming after my first time meeting Sam. I'd love to see this store get its old vibe back, hopefully with a manager that actually seems to care about their team and their customers.

I would give it more stars but it's just too expensive, their coffee averages about a dollar more than the place I normally go. I usually only go here if I'm in a hurry and it's the closest thing to me

I gave them 4 stars because I came here almost every other day for the pumpkin loaf... but recently they changed it, I have no idea why either. I don't care for it anymore and it hurts my heart. My pocket book will not suffer as badly but that litterly was my absolute favorite loaf in the whole wide world ?
