I gave them 4 stars because I came here almost every other day for the pumpkin loaf... but recently they changed it, I have no idea why either. I don't care for it anymore and it hurts my heart. My pocket book will not suffer as badly but that litterly was my absolute favorite loaf in the whole wide world ?

coffee looks like tea , asked for a splash or 1/4 of cream because normally a splash means a smaller amount , that’s how much coffee they put in a venti after having to ask for more. i also ordered a ham and swiss croissant and got a regular one and the blonde ditz guy tried to argue that it’s still a croissant?

This matcha supposedly had two extra scoops in it (just laughable). Putting aside the fact that they forgot the extra scoops that are essential to add lest you be given a cup of iced milk, they also poured the cup full of foam which settles revealing a paltry eight or nine ounces of their foul brew. Calling this matcha is a crime. Do not come here and get scammed unless you enjoy watered down milk with a 16 oz bag of sugar poured in.
I accidentally ordered on the app at a different Starbucks (I'm from out of town) and they VERY KINDLY honored my order without hesitation. They worked smoothly as a team. Go to this Starbucks!
