If I could give zero stars I would . I stopped at this Starbucks to use the restroom I am a ride share driver and when I am downtown I can always count on Starbucks to use the bathroom . They refused to give me the code unless I waited in line to buy something mind you the line was long with one person at register and 7 other employees not one could hop on a register to help out . I finally get up to the front and ask to buy a cup of water he said no I can only sell you a tiny bottle of water that costs $2.50 to $3. mind you I have already bought $10 in Starbucks 3 hours earlier !!!! I said I just need to use the restroom I’m not going to do drugs in there !!! They refused and I ran outside and peed my pants I couldn’t hold it any longer .

The guys clinging coffee on Thanksgiving should be commended. Welcoming. Helpful. Took care of an older gentleman refilling the smallest cup of coffee. A very welcoming place WITH the ability to sit down and drink the coffee.

Rude! And my drink is always wrong, though I’ll give it is a newer drink, please at least give it the same attention that I’m giving for crying-out-loud and stop being rude to customers in front of other customers! It’s not a good look!!
Store is great depending on who's working my girlfriend has had to have her drink remaid several times but that being said they have always made it right every time but it usely happens when we are in a hurry but they do see it right so if your drink doesn't taste right say something and they will fix it don't forget to get your dog their pup cup(they love them and they are free)
