I love coming to this little shop. They are fast, friendly, and consistently make my drink correct. Every. Time. Everyone here. The consistency is flawless and everyone is nice. What more could you want?

My cold brew was hot. I get that working sometimes sucks but holy wow, seriously? I stopped going to start backs for two years and i honestly have no idea why i went back. The workers dont care, nothing is ever right and their food is always cold in the center. Theres local coffee shops ill start supporting. They need the business more then this.
Come here at least 5 times a week even came in this morning for a coffee. Was driving by this evening and was really thirsty so I pulled through asking for just some ice water in my personal cup and was told I can only get that if I make a purchase. Really poor customer service for a regular customer. 👎

I got used to paying 5$ for a .50cent coffee in a 4.5$ cup. time to stop that.

Flavor as expected, but over full with ice. Customer service extremely lacking when taking the order, and can the wipes down the shelf at the window. Gross. Glad we don't come through here on the regular. Starbucks at home would never be like this even on a bad day.

I’ve been a customer at this Starbucks location multiple times, but unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced racially biased behavior from one of the staff members. Most recently, I received a cup with the letter “N” written on it, even though I didn’t provide a name. While that may seem small to some, given the history of behavior at this store, it felt targeted and inappropriate.
This isn’t the first time I’ve felt disrespected or treated differently here. It’s deeply disappointing to feel unwelcome in a space where I’m simply trying to enjoy a coffee like anyone else.
I’m speaking up not to cause conflict, but because silence allows harmful behavior to continue. I hope Starbucks takes this seriously and provides better training and accountability for staff. Every customer deserves to be treated fairly, regardless of race or background.
Orders are placed outside. You can't go inside this Starbucks. Only drive through and walk up
Great service, generally good product. There IS A COSNTANT shortage of the yogurt berry parfait. I complained several times in person, then once online in reviews. It was better for 5 days, now we're back to no product before 10AM. I dont buy the supply chain excuse. The store mentioned corporate only sends them 2 a day.
Over the past couple weeks I have noticed that my cup is not as full as usual. I bring my own personal cup. Often I do not notice it until returning home, then it is too late to go back and ask for it to be filled where it should be. This is a photo of a Grande (supposed to be 16oz) that is measured out. Notice, less than 12oz (not even a tall). They have been shorting me over the past few weeks.
I have been a regular customer for this coffee company for over 20 years, and notice that they are getting slower--but this is stealing from customers. Management needs to retrain baristas--or I can go to another Starbucks, get the true amount, and pay less than I do at this one.
So I went to Starbucks to get my friend and I a drink and a sandwich for Breakfast. And I ordered my friends sandwich first and ordered the drinks second and then I finally decided that I did want a sandwich (which I didn’t know if I did or didn’t at first). And tell me why this female brat was taking my order was like next time order the sandwiches before because they are harder to make. She said it was such a mean tone. And I was like “OK, you know what take it off,” She pissed me off. How was I supposed to know that I wanted a Dane sandwich. There was so many people. It’s not like it was just one person Working. I feel bad because the lady that ended me. The order was such a sweetheart, but I was so mad at the other lady that I didn’t leave a tip.
