During my visit the store was very busy, and I can understand the stressfulness of being busy. But I still expect the same quality of service, the staff was not as friendly or kind as my local Starbucks (I’m visiting from out of state). I expect to be somewhat acknowledge, and to be talked to kindly, I did not experience either of those actions.
Air was the magnificent barista who created the perfect cheer me up caramel drink. It sucks having to lay off or coffee for a while, it is my life-force, but he listened, was kind and knew how to make the next best thing!
My phone had become lost earlier that day, and I got into Starbucks just in time late in the in the day Kayla KEA LA hopefully I spelled your name right! THANKS for extending the use of your phone briefly to me so I could call and let my family pick me up you didn’t think twice about it and were even kind enough to take a call from one of my family members and let them know that was outside waiting for them but had your manager bring the phone over to me? Wow!Thanks again appreciate.Daniel
