Slow drive-thru
Management has decided not to allow people to use the restroom without buying something. This is a horrible policy. I just drove 3 hours and needed to take a leak. I guess they want people to pea on their building, idk. Not a welcoming environment here.

I work the bus line that goes to Jensen Beach and the staff there is always really warm and welcoming. Even when they have told me that they’ve had a hard days because we’ve gotten close since I’m there almost every day due to work they never let it show on their face when talking to customers! They taught me how to use the app so I could get points and save my money.! And with the current economy that that’s a game changer for having treats they make fun and delicious drinks and I am so glad that I got to have these type of people on my hard days !

I went there at drive thru twice on my way to work and I’ve had a bad experience with a Starbucks employee named Aries telling me to order my drink on Starbucks app TWICE.. to me, it’s considered discrimination just because I had to use my phone to communicate with her at drive through to order my SIMPLE drink. I’ve never, ever had someone telling me to order ahead of time on my app before going into a drive through at other Starbucks/dutch bros locations. it really pissed me off because I was being discriminated!! For people who are profoundly deaf like me, avoid this location!! Stay away from them! I really don’t tolerate any kind of discrimination and I stand against it!!

I called 2 previous Starbucks and they were terrible 😞 I called this one at Jantzen Beach and Zoey was extremely helpful, friendly and professional “ 3 times a charm “ The other two just answered with Hello not like Zoey who stated her name and location!! A+
