Called 24 hours ahead for a traveler to pick up for a meeting. They started brewing it at the time I arrived for pick up. What’s the point of calling ahead then?

I ordered coffee on the app for 8AM pickup. When I arrived at the store, the Starbucks kiosk was not open at all. My account was charged and I could not figure out how to cancel the order. Online ordering should be disabled for this location.

I was in a rush today and had my friend pick me up my coffee here where i was picking him up! He has ordered coffee for me many, many times! He gets in the car & one look at my coffeee and i was flabbergasted!!!!! This is what you call light foam!!!??? So sad they work at STARBUCKS this seemed purposely done! Never again will i stop at this Starbucks ! Picture for reference! Gave a cup half full of foam vs what I USUALLY GET! Clearly at other Starbucks

I'm here at Starbucks on interstate and I'm trying to order a coffee and a lemonade and the woman serving is alone on her phone and just because she doesn't want to work, she got upset that I ordered what I want and just told me now It's closed, I told him but it's not 7pm yet and he said I know but I just closed I told him but I just want a coffee and lemonade and it's still 6:30pm and he said I know but I already closed...it's not fair that For interrupting her from her cell phone she will deny me 1 coffee? just because she felt like it?

No, just no...I don't even remember the last time I went there. What a waste of money and too think Starbucks took off while Coffee People mostly failed and they definitely had better coffee and treats.

Honestly, coffee is coffee to me but more important is that Starbucks does business with Israel and is on the boycott list for those of us who don't want to have blood on our hands just cause we are too lazy to find somewhere else to go.
