I had to drop off my nephew at work today and we were early. So, today 11/05/2024 I decided to stop by this Starbucks. I don't usually buy coffee but I really needed to wake up today. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha for myself, a caramel frap for my nephew, and he wanted a breakfast sandwich. We get to the window slide, tap, whatever to my card and it did NOT work. :( I felt horrible! Needless to say they still gave me my order and let me go. Even after I pleaded that I would come back they all still said NO! To the girl at the window & her manager I appreciate you guys and I don't care what anyone says you made my morning. I know you guys probably would have had to throw it away but to me it was still heartfelt the way you did it. You guys just had to be there to understand what I mean. Thank you! I will pay it forward and I will comeback tomorrow morning. Although you will NOT accept it I will just tip it! I'm old school and we don't like to owe people even if it is a kind gesture back in my day it would've come out my paycheck. God Bless! Peace!

I waited at the walk up counter no one else in line 10 minutes before anyone would even talk to me through the window. At least two staff members were standing there not doing anything that I could tell beside trying to avoid making eye contact. After I ordered my two bags of whole beans it took them another 10 minutes to pull them off the shelf. 20minutes to pick up two bags of whole beans is pretty ridiculous. This place wasn’t busy and I’ve never had this bad service at a Starbucks…… if you don’t want people doing orders online and walking up or you don’t want people ordering from window put a sign up! Don’t was our time………… !

This place needs a person dedicated to the counter. Its 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order walking up every single time no matter what time it is. And if they aren't busy they don't even make it until you walk up.Adding the dedicated mobile pickup line is a huge improvement. This is a busy place and being able to sit down and wait makes all the difference.
I love star bucks. This one doesn't have a bathroom.
Staffs weren't necessarily rude they were just very straight to the point not very friendly
This is our regular starbucks and every single barista is always so friendly! :)
