I had to drop off my nephew at work today and we were early. So, today 11/05/2024 I decided to stop by this Starbucks. I don't usually buy coffee but I really needed to wake up today. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha for myself, a caramel frap for my nephew, and he wanted a breakfast sandwich. This place needs a person dedicated to the counter. Its 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order walking up every single time no matter what time it is. And if they aren't busy they don't even make it until you walk up.Adding the dedicated mobile pickup line is a huge improvement. This is a busy place and being able to sit down and wait makes all the difference.

I'm going to up my rating:)Being all over to SO many Starbucks, they were the 1st ones to ask me my name while I ordered. I found that to be very pleasant. I'm not from this city anymore.Great customer service.I still stand on the no Sugar Free comment I made several years ago. I'll add that there is also no option to purchase decaf espresso beans.
