The staff is half-trying. They were not enthusiastic, not even very nice! It could be due to the homeless trying to come in constantly, but it is not good.

This Starbucks is always understaffed and out of oat milk. I love Starbucks but this location always disappoints. I don't know who needs more support but this location lowers the bar.

Rude staff. Simply asked a question & when they thought i walked away, i heard them talk crap behind my back. When i confronted them they doubled down & was even more rude..i called the manager & he acted as if i was a bother to him & offered no apologies. I will never go here again & i live blocks away, New Seasons or Whole Foods will get my money not this place.

Starbucks tries to rip you off on their Starbucks refresher. They fill it up almost all the way with ice, and with little to no drinkStarbucks prices have significantly increased lately. The service was mostly friendly.The employees are great, but the company is going downhill.

During the pandemic, they're doing as well as possible to serve their customers quickly while keeping the staff and customers safe.

Your employees were quick to point out Customer social distance compliance, They were not practicing it themselves. Also the customer handling every package and putting it back was just gross. C-19 is transmitted hand to mouth via surface contact. The practice at this store is a charade.

The parking is a joke there is not enough space for the drive through. Starbucks new policy to not allow customers to use their cups is a ridiculous as staff still are touching money and the creamer containers.
