They are so nice every time I'm there. They even put a heart on my drink today! Occasionally there's slow service, but they're obviously understaffed so I don't mind.

I showed up at 6:30 pm for a coffee, it said it closes at 7pm. They even saw me park. And they locked the door so I wouldn't come in. Aweful customer service!

Note: This review is coming from a professional barista not affiliated with Starbucks.Employees are really nice and service is quick. The complaints I have about this location is the lack of training. There seems to be a lack of understanding between espresso drinks such as Espresso Macchiatos, Cappuccinos, and Lattes.An espresso macchiato is espresso with a little bit of foam on top. A Cappuccino is even parts of espresso, milk, and foam. A latte is espresso, milk, and a little bit of foam at the top. The problem with this starbucks is that when I order an espresso macchiato, I get a flat white, when I order a dry cappuccino, I get an extremely wet cappuccino or a foamy latte that does not qualify as a cappuccino. When I order anything with flavoring in it such as a caramel espresso macchiato, the flavoring is consistently forgotten about.I would also like to note that the quality of the foam on drinks that require foam is always bad. The foam is always visibly bubbly and with inconsistent bubble sizes. The foam in these drinks are supposed to be microfoam and reasonably dense, not the loose, bubbly stuff I have been getting in my orders.I always return with a sliver of hope that someone knows the difference between the drinks and can produce a quality product but I am consistently disappointed. This is by no fault of anyone working there but rather the training and education they are provided.For a company that has "Delivering our very best in all we do, holding ourselves accountable for results." in their mission statement, I really hope that they are able to address these quality concerns and provide good education and training to all of their employees.

This Starbucks does really well. They always make the drinks quick and good getting your requests correct every time! They should have the senior coffee like Fred Meyer's does. Old people need a discount because Starbucks is getting pretty expensive!!!
