Y’all… I pulled up to this Starbucks at 5 a.m, hoping to start my day right, only to wait 25 minutes for someone to finally show up to work—the manager at that lol the one with a grown out buzz cut. It was giving ‘needed a day off’ and an attitude that said she’d woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Life seemed clearly miserable.

She shows up with a coworker whose bangs were as uneven as the customer service, and neither one even bothered to explain the delay. When I asked if my order could be on the house for the wait, she just gave me that condescending ‘I could care less’ smile and said, ‘That was your choice; there are other Starbucks you could’ve gone to.’ As a manager she should know that other locations open at different times lmao but okay go off sis.

Mind you, I waited 25 minutes —not the 15 minutes it said on the screen by the time I finally snapped a photo to prove it. I had to deal with the incompetence of these employees and wait for the food to actually be made.

Long story short, after I asked for the contact info of a higher-up, she finally caved and gave me my order for free—as she should. Next time, take some accountability, throw in an apology, and leave the attitude at home!

I like Starbucks, so bear in mind this review is about the staff, not the franchise. This location is drive through, so I couldn't go back, but long story short, the lady who accepted my order gave me attitude about knowing what I want (a brevé matcha latte), a pumpkin spice latte with 3 packets of raw sugar and a drink carrier. BREVÉ means made with half and half or cream, not water. Sugar is easy to find. Not only did they make my latte with water they forgot the sugar packets and were in such a rush that I couldn't get a word in edgewise to fix it. I won't ever go back to this location. And sure as the reply from the owner says below, if I had checked my drink immediately and then wanted to drive around the block so I could wait in a line 6 cars deep to confront and ask someone who was snippy and rude to remake my drink I totally could have done that. But, I would have been late for work and all in all I'd rather not. This was my first and last visit to this location.

Generally this location has great costumer service. Its changed drastically over the last couple weeks. Today I stopped to get a drink, asked the barista if there was sugar in the Matcha Lattes. They said no so I ordered one. I got my drink and took a sip. There was very obviously sugar in it. I would have chosen something else if I had known. Disappointing.

Late afternoon shift one of the best around but the morning shift needs work. When you say you open a 5 you should open at 5 not look at me like I am an idiot because you don't have the tills stocked
