If you frequent 5 days a week- your drink will be made correctly Once every two weeks, if even that. (Even if you order standard beverages no edits)
Never get a cold foam beverage here. The cold foam is ALWAYS 100% of the time either virtually absent or the absurdly air bubbled slop that resembles nothing like Starbucks’s actual cold foam. If you order “extra foam” that will not change a thing. You will still get 1 millimeter of foam that’s just intermingled with the ice- or the airy bottom of the barrel slop.
Their turnover rate seems to be insane at the location.

Had the worst experience in a Starbucks here. Came in for coffee and pastries but made the mistake of asking to use the restroom first. The lady behind the counter rudely stated you Have To Make a Purchase First. So I proceeded to order. While in line a bunch of Caucasian customers came in the went straight to the restroom and nobody stopped them to ask if they were buying anything. Never felt to unwelcome and offended. Never thought I would come across an unconsciously racist Starbucks in Portland. Hope other locations are not like this.

Can they just fill my cup to the top for $6 come on where's their CEO? He needs to get to work straighten this place up. Let's get back to a $5 drink and a full cup of coffee. This is ridiculous guys. People are going to quit coming there soon and it's going to be too late to fix it
