Hard to give a good review for a place that actively participates in unionbusting. Would certainly feel a lot different if the company would respect the workers rights and bargain in good faith. The only thing this place has gone for it are the amazing people that put in the work every day. Shame on you Starbucks do better.

I love Starbucks I'm totally addicted to my Starbucks but the one downtown I don't know I watch people come in that came in after I did got their drinks and walked out but yeah I'm still waiting for mine. I finally said something and the guys like oh I'm so sorry my bad he started part of it and then just walked away into something else because him and the other brief just spent 90% of the time chit chatting with each other instead of making the drinks he said because of the heavyweight and all this and that but he did he lied. Probably the last time I go into that particular Starbucks again.

I don't drink coffee and I wanted something sweet and the representative didn't show any interest in helping me. The coffee wasn't what I wanted in top of confusing me and waiting for a coffee cake and the accountability he said I'll get you your coffee, but the coffee cake will be over there ?..waited for others to get there drinks. I left without the coffee cake. IT WAS LITERALLY MY FIRST TIME IN A STARBUCKS. I called and asked for a refund they told me to bring my receipt which that lousy representative didn't give me.

Lackluster service with this afternoon crew. There were no lines, no crowds, no pressure. My order had two differences compared to my woman's, they proceeded to get mine wrong twice in less than 10 minutes. Not only that but the barista with green &purple bangs with brown hair decided to get an attitude with me when I decided to confront them about the mistake. Bad service.
My husband and I wanted to get a collector’s mug and this is the third Starbucks we have visited at 7 PM in Portland and they’re all closed even though online the time says 9 PM. My husband is a really big collector and we just wanted a souvenir of our trip.

“Regular coffee, no privacy if you stay inside.” The coffee was just okay — nothing special for the price. The atmosphere wasn’t great either; the seating area felt cramped, and there wasn’t much privacy if you wanted to relax or work for a while. It’s fine for a quick grab-and-go, but not ideal for spending time inside.

Unbelievable! A male staff member had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t take photos here anywhere. I came intending to take a picture, buy a souvenir, and enjoy a coffee—and he completely ruined the experience. I’ve spent money at countless Starbucks locations worldwide, and not once has anyone ever told me I couldn’t take photos. Only this store! Outrageous and downright pathetic service attitude!
