Came in to starbucks and was immediately hit with a sour attitude by the barista azzerya and witnessed her being absolutely crude to another barista while working on my order. It’s such a shame that they hire people who literally are miserable and take it out on their customers and coworkers. I don’t think I’m going to be coming back anytime soon

My order was being taken by a barista named Azareya. It was a very tense interaction and it felt like everything I said or asked made her progressively more and more irritated with me. It was not a crowded time nor was I requesting a large order, just a caramel ribbon crunch, but her attitude towards me made it seem like I was causing her a great deal of grief. As she was making my drink I overheard her making rude comments and verbally harassing her fellow coworker. I found this behavior and overall attitude very unprofessional. After I waited there for about 20 minutes for one drink, it ended up being the wrong order, and I couldn’t tell her that because she was already very annoyed with me. So I ended up leaving much later than I wanted with a drink I didn’t want from a person who was being unprofessional and clearly hated their job. I don’t feel I’ll be returning to this location again.

I sent my little sister to pick up 4 Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos and 4 cake pops. Our cashier was Twila. All 4 drinks were missing the crunch topping — which is the main reason we ordered them. No one said they were out of the topping, and we’re pretty sure we were charged full price anyway. As full-time students, we can’t afford to waste money like that.

The cake pops were handed over lazily in a container, not even bagged properly. Then she was given 17 straws for 4 drinks. Completely unnecessary and wasteful.

To top it off, one of the drinks was meant as a gift for our mom for Hispanic Mother’s Day, and this careless service really ruined the moment. My sister said the cashier had already taken off his apron and seemed like he just wanted to leave.

I feel awful for sending her alone. We expect better from Starbucks. At the very least, if you’re out of an ingredient, say something — don’t just silently give people a lesser version and charge the same.

Fame Less

There is one Barisata at the Cully Starbucks in Albertsons that seems to hide a glib and sarcastic persona behind the facade of a false smile. She seems unable to handle more than one customer at a time without making mistakes. She is unable to provide consistent service to all customers, and unable to provide customer service without letting her emotions affect the service. After several Months of watching her inability to provide good customer service or complete orders without mistakes while stressed, and inability to control her glib comments, I am making this review. She refuses to wear a name tag so I can not directly complain about her.

Drive through seems a little slower then others but other then that my coffee is always good and so is the service and friendly employees. Also they are very appreciative of tips
