Every day I get Starbucks today, I asked the barista in the beginning if I could have light ice. But proceeds to fill the cup up with ice. I asked nicely if I can have light ice. Her coworker decided to give me a stank face for my request, your a barista and customer service is number one and you could have gave me the same face as im leave. If I could give a negative out of 10 I would. That was just rude.

This is, by far, one of the best Starbucks in Portland!! The baristas are so friendly, and even make my semi-warm Chai Latte. Yummy, and with a heated up pumpkin loaf. The best!

Friendly, helpful service with a relaxed atmosphere!
The cashier named “JT” was less than pleasant. Walked in and wasn’t greeted, he & another employee stood at the register bashing corporate with another customer. When it was my turn to approach the counter, JT never welcomed me up, never asked how he could help, just stared at me.I told him normally when folks visit a Starbucks, they greet you & not just stare at you. He didn’t have anything to say about that.Horrible customer service experience.
