1020 in the morning and it’s closed for the day? That’s OK there are much better coffee roasters in this area anyway going to put my money elsewhere.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes fast and attentive service mothers time I'm the only one there and the baristas are too busy chatting to assist me. Very surprising as typically the service at Starbucks is pretty consistent, usually 4-5 stars.

Four people working and ten minutes later I still don’t have the ONE cup of coffee I ordered. When I finally got it, it’s iced coffee and a hot coffee cup. Worst!!

Closes early when ever they feel like it. The male cashier always seems to hate his job. Seems they don’t know how to make the drinks as it always taste off. I work at this target and go here when i can’t drive down the street to the real Starbucks
This Starbucks is the worst. They seem to open whenever they feel like it and they're almost always out of seasonal things that you'd think they would keep in stock during that season. They've often run out of cold brew, and on more than one occasion they ran out of cups and/or lids. When I wrote a complaint to Starbucks about this location's inability to open on time, I was told that I should call ahead to find out if they were open. Why have posted hours if you're not going to adhere to them? Do yourself a favor and go to the full Starbucks down the street at Cascade Station. Or better yet, skip Starbucks all together and go to Dutch Bros.

I recommend going here they were very calm and chill they gave me my order within 3 minutes and said sorry for the wait even though it wasn't a long wait they were very nice to us. They gave me my food hot and fresh!
