Friendly enough, small talk. But for whatever reason they never “shake” the shaken espresso. After I shake it tastes great. Before it’s pretty mediocre

This drive thru is fast, and the employees are super friendly!!

They made my coffee great, but I really don't like being harassed by homeless people every time I come through. They always have homeless people standing at their drive-thru exit, harassing customers. I don't understand why they allow this. It makes me not want to go back.

You guys working here are not paying attention to the order. How do you take an order but make the drink wrong. Come on Starbucks you’re a nationwide franchise. You have to do better!

The waitress was immensely rude and pushy, telling us to leave the lobby 2 hours before the posted closing time. Then while we waited there was no seating, no music playing, no complimentary napkins or anything of the sort. And just to top it off, they severely messed up all of the drinks.

Walked up to the drive through like instructed (when it said it was open) and I saw people inside and no one answered to take my order. 🤷‍♀️

Yo, so I was strolling around Portland, headed to the Lloyd Center Mall, and I stumbled upon this small Starbucks. I decided to drop in and grab a coffee, which was surprisingly affordable, only around $5. The service was quick and smooth. Oh, and they have a drive-through, so if you're in a car, you can just roll up and get your caffeine without leaving your ride. They've also got a cute little seating area outside and offer food and snack options too. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend checking it out.

This Starbucks is DRIVE THRU ONLY. If you're on foot, you will have to wait between cars in the drive through line. I wish that Starbucks would clearly call this model of shop something else. Very uncomfortable, be warned.

Ordered off of Uber eats and my venti cup was filled half way with ice, and most of my drink was watered down. Very cheap. I never seen that before. Next time I will be sure to put no ice for my drinks.

Typical Starbucks, as expected.
The hours listed are correct for the drive through, but I was in the area for a conference with no car, and the storefront doesn't open until later in the morning (7am, I think?). The baristas were super friendly though, and directed me to walk (LOL) through the drive through.
