The customer service here could be improved significantly. I ordered a bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich. They gave me something with sausage on it. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I let them know and the girl that took my order starts repeating, "oh my god, am I stupid?" to her coworkers. Then another girl (with glasses) comes over and starts explaining to me that that there are two sandwiches with bacon on them so it's easy to make a mistake (as if I had complained about a mistake being made. I hadn't.) So I reply, "yeah, but what I got had sausage on it." (Like, what she said wasn't even relevant.) And then she snaps back, "I know - we're getting you the right sandwich." I work in customer service and that attitude would never fly where I work. Won't return. No one needs to get in trouble but I do hope management speaks to their staff about providing better customer service.

Can't really rate the food or the atmosphere, when the girl behind the counter cut me off in mid question. I started to ask about the 50% off Wednesday after 12:00 noon cold drink, when she cut in and informed me they don't accept those coupons or offers there, they are exempt! She wore a Starbucks apron, they had Starbucks cups, there was Starbucks all over the front of her kiosk however they don't accept Starbucks coupons or offers. Before I said something I'd regret I turned and walked out. I did however report this to their corporate office and they said they will be having a discussion with the manager. I seriously doubt anything will come of this, but BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't park get out of your car and walk in the store. It will be a waste of your time if you're trying to use a coupon or offer.

I ordered a drink off of the secret menu. And they had no idea what I was talking about. So after paying to download the app, I showed them the directions on how to make the drink and they did not make it right. I was very disappointed.

I could already tell that this would be the best drink I've had since working at one myself. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with white mocha and vscf. It was beautifully and completely mixed and came out so quick! Buy your groceries first and get cash back to tip.‼️If you don't have a dollar to tip for a drink you should not be getting a drink‼️ These people run a great kiosk and deserve an up to date oven! Safeway needs to do better for these people. Watched a family order 4 sandwiches I believe, and they were still coming out after the 3rd person was ordering. Corporate stores get taken care of with new equipment and there is no reason kiosks can't have the same. Opportunitys for customers to be upset there isn't a standard at all Starbucks'

I live this Starbucks! Great service, good drinks I usually get a grande strawberry açaí lemonade with peach juice no inclusions. I go here a lot so it’s lovely that they know my order when they see me it is a little pricey depending on what you get but that’s just Starbucks.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian sandwiches
Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly drinks like cold milk or really any drink with no caffeine they also have hot chocolates.
Parking: It’s inside the Safeway so they have a parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious
Dietary restrictions: You can ask for any different kind of milk they do charge extra tho
Popped in for a white chocolate mocha on a freezing cold day. Service was friendly and lightning fast. The drink was delicious and much needed. It was followed by a very long rehearsal, and I benefited emotionally from the pick-me-up. Huzzah!

The guy making the coffee was not attention to detailed. I ordered a quad shot Carmel mach + whip (the cup even has "wc" written on the cup) and he forgot the whip cream. I asked him if he can add whip cream and he refused due to some kind of company policy. He did offer to remake my drink but I didn't have time to wait.Baristas, please make your customer drinks correctly.Thx.
