First, the pictures don't belong to this store, maybe the ones with one drink . Those pictures are from the corner store that is full size and they have great customer service . Second, be aware not to make it complicated on this small store because of the lack of training and customer service . Make it simple. There is no leadership or ownership on this store . Following recp to a book, not much input from. The customer ... can't put more sugar because it comes with 2 or comes with this type of whatever ... I just am arguing over .. if I want to pay for a want let me .. terrible store . I give a 2, just maybe there is a shift that actually enjoys working here adapting to customers' needs ..I have not seen it...

Ordered a Starbucks Carmel Machiatto + whip and they forgot the whip and am pretty sure they forgot the vanilla shots. The drink tasted bland and milky.

Starbucks coffee isn't all that great anyway, but it's pretty hard to mess up an iced latte, or so I thought... With all of the different coffee places in the area, there's no reason to waste your time and money at an overworked, understaffed chain store where dedication to a quality product sits at the bottom of the staff's list of priorities. Avoid.

Highly recommend the Starbucks within QFC at Bethany shopping center. Excellent customer service, great drinks. Cathy the barista was the highlight of my visit, super friendly and even asked how I was doing and what I was up to today. Will definitely be visiting again!
