Ordered a Starbucks Carmel Machiatto + whip and they forgot the whip and am pretty sure they forgot the vanilla shots. The drink tasted bland and milky.

Starbucks coffee isn't all that great anyway, but it's pretty hard to mess up an iced latte, or so I thought... With all of the different coffee places in the area, there's no reason to waste your time and money at an overworked, understaffed chain store where dedication to a quality product sits at the bottom of the staff's list of priorities. Avoid.

Highly recommend the Starbucks within QFC at Bethany shopping center. Excellent customer service, great drinks. Cathy the barista was the highlight of my visit, super friendly and even asked how I was doing and what I was up to today. Will definitely be visiting again!

Covid Alert:I went to Starbucks there today. I asked for these teens to be asked to keep ther masks on over there face not just over partial face on the chin and part, but they didn't do it. They asked everyone else to do so, but not them. Completely unfair.

This Starbucks is located inside the Bethany QFC grocery store. Since there is a much larger Starbucks only a few steps away near the water fountain, this one always seems fairly quiet. The baristas here have always been pleasant and my drink has always been made correctly. There is a nice seating area here. If the crowd and noise at the other Starbucks isn't your thing or you're just seeking a relaxing spot for coffee and conversation, this Starbucks is for you.
