The excuse of I’m doing three things at once when there was two different people who responded to me and both of you understood me incorrectly is ridiculous. The chestnut praline latte apparently comes with blonde roast. Now I had talked about one beverage. You guys assumed I suddenly started talking about getting a second beverage interaction, completely frustrating and made me assume that the other store was lying to me because you guys then said the chestnut praline latte does not come with blonde signature and get up to the window and confirm it does come with blonde and you made if blonde and now I have to wait longer for a remake.
Tell the higher-ups that changing a beverage after it’s been made for 10 years is stupid

Can anyone tell me why they decided to put 20 grams of sugar in the form of vanilla syrup in my breva latte that I dident freaking ask for. When the heck did that become standard?

This place kept us going during the covid lockdown! we took a long walk twice a week to stay in shape and get a dose of nature and would stop here to get a yummy coffee drink for fuel! We were very grateful they were open and had the window we could just walk up to and order! It's a happy memory for us!

I purchased a cheese danish for my daughter and requested it to be heated up. However, upon receiving it, we found that it was cold and seemed to be from the previous night. I asked Kayla, the person attending to us, to warm it up. Instead of apologizing and just warming it up, Kayla responded with a rude and insincere tone, stating that people usually ask for them to be heated up. I confirmed that I did ask for it to be heated up, but she insisted that I didn't and gave us another rude look. We waited for a few minutes, but Kayla ignored us. I realized that she was not going to warm up the danish and informed her that we were leaving. She sighed and gave us yet another rude look. This type of behavior is unacceptable, particularly in the customer service industry. Kayla, I hope you have a better day.

There is a darker lady that works there with Medusa peircings below her nose and when asking about a drink, I stutter. She was very disrespectful and impatient and my wife's drink was blended half a$$3D. She caught an attitude after she had told us that there were missing ingredients when my girl asked about another drink and she rudely responded and rolled her eyes saying "I already said we're out of Frappuccinos" How in the hell am I supposed what all drinks include the ingredients that they are out of. Hats off to the Asian gentlemen working he was very nice and made my drink !AMAZING! However my wife's drink was barely blended at all and with the attitude given it seemed deliberate. Did I mention how slow she was at making the drink?! A batista ain't for you with that service attitude sweetheart, go find an apron somewhere else and be a jerk through a McDonald's drive through. You are very rude and would fit in better there.I wanted to leave the man a tip but my wife reminded me that they split the tips at the end of the day and I didn't want that lady getting anything because she did not deserve a tip, I deserve a tip and a new drink with her disrespectful attitude, Bet you wouldn't talk to your mama like that girl.P.s. And with that whole aesthetic... that peircing is not it.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. Definitely not aimed at (most of.) the baristas they work hard and get really busy but probably weren't trained right. I've yet to have a good drink from them outside of a basic refresher. Their coffee is so bad. I'm convinced they just put drip coffee into any signature drink they make instead of adding any flavor. I got a white mocha with vanilla and there's not an ounce of any flavor in it. Tastes like I just made a pot of coffee and dumped it in there with no sugar. Literally no flavor.The drinks never come out good.Don't even bother with this Starbucks.They are always out of items and some of the baristas act like any drink you order is a bother to them.Today the guy said they were only taking cash and got irritated when I had cash and then made the worst drink I've had yet.

I went here twice and never again. This place sucks. No offense of course given the crappy circumstances of being in a store and probably a stressful work environment. But I’ve been here once asking for what can be done as decaf and they said only Frappuccino’s when that’s a complete lie! I didn’t know at the time but I do now. They also charge more! At a different Starbucks a large americano was only 3.95 yet here it’s 4.95. It’s a scam. And not only that, they’re always out of EVERYTHING!!Today I went to get me and my friend some Starbucks. She wanted a caramel ribbon crunch only for them to say that they have no more Frappuccino’s so early in the day. So we went with a cappuccino that tasted terrible. I ordered a large americano which I always have with cream yet they ran out of cream as well! >:( and then when the orders were placed on the pick up table, the staff spilt mine and then still gave it to me saying ‘oh there’s still some in there’. At least she made sure it didn’t spill on me. I feel bad for the worker and I’m not exactly upset at her because she was maybe jittery with such a terrible workplace and limited supplies. DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR COFFEE!!!

Can yall help Jonny out??? Took dude 20 minutes to make three drinks, coz he was doing them one by one, agonizingly slow, now I'm late to work and couldn't even get my mom her one birthday drink, awesome! Maybe having ONE new person to run the whole kiosk isnt a smart idea???

Every time I go in the store to get a coffee. They are always out of something. Doesn't anyone know how to order the items they need. They are rude and they close way earlier than they are suppose to. What the hell is up with that.? Won't be back.

I get coffee on Division but it’s was not good and here in Starbucks on Powell 122 nd I asked remade but young lady she told me NO you need remade where you get first coffee even I have on my app all info it’s showing I just bought very bad Customer service there
