I was turned away from the walk up window because they were “short staffed” even though I counted five employees working inside. The drive up line was backed up into the street. This location is trash. Starbucks is trash. That is all.

This used to my go-to location but aside from long wait times, the customer service sucks. I have stood at the window for minutes with no acknowledgement while I see other activity going on. I’ve literally been ignored. This happens mostly at night. One night they were closing early, and I went up to the window and instead of them opening the window and letting me know they were closing early - They literally kept walking past the window and one of the worker’s ride outside had to tell me that they were closing early and that it was even her own daughter that literally was ignoring me at the window.
While the food was perfect and the gal that took and gave me my order was super sweet, this is the second time I've ordered a venti peppermint hot chocolate and received a mocha. I can't have roasted coffee; it has a really bad effect on me. It is, also, not possible for me to just turn around and go back to get it fixed once I'm at work.

I have never experienced worse customer service. I placed a mobile order for one coffee. I walked up to the walk up window to pick up my order and there was a sign saying the window was closed. I couldn’t go through the drive through so I waited at the window because there were people inside. I waited for 5 minutes before I knocked on the window. After about 4 minutes someone came over and rudely said the window was closed due to short staffing. I told her I had a mobile order that was ready for pick up. The barista told me to go wait in the drive through line. When I told her I couldn’t she replied with “well do you not have a car”. I replied that I do but the line was over 8 cars long and I don’t have time to wait. The app had already notified me that my coffee was ready and all she had to do was hand it out the window. In the time it took for her to be rude to me, she could have handed out my coffee. The whole purpose of a mobile order is so you don’t have to wait in line. I had to leave because I was going to be late for work without my coffee.

Been sitting in drive-through for 15 minutes going on 20 minutes soon I went and checked to see what was going on. They told me go away and just wait in the drive-through. We have places we have to go and we have things we have to do. We shouldn’t have to wait on you to do your job, they have through 13 people waiting and no one is being served. They are just turning circles inside. The Starbucks management needs to retrain. Everyone management needs to be managed. Do not go here and waste your time. They are too slow.

NOT ALWAYS OPEN 24 HOURS. And there's no way to verify cause they don't answer the phone number provided in the search. Often swing by to get a coffee before heading into my graveyard shift, go out of my way to get there only to find out they're closed. 🤨 I understand the issue with staffing but there's needs to be a way for people to find out without having to drive there. The signs posted with reasons or hours or whatever are in super small font that's unreadable except for a few feet away. I tried calling tonight 11/9/24 at 9:15pm and there was no answer. Maybe they're already closed. Headed to Dutch Bros on my way to work. The Dutch Bros near the airport is always open 24/7

Ever since this location was remodeled its gone down hill. My wife starts work at 330 am and for the past 7 years would go by here to get coffee on the way to work. Since the remodeling they have gone from 24 hours a day to open when we feel like it. I have seen closed for cleaning, staffing shortage changing from 24 hours to 430am to midnight, to 230 am to midnight 2 days a week and 24 others, closed for no reason, and today they are closed due to the staff walking out over health and safety regulations and conditions. My wife has decided to never go here again, and is telling all her fellow portland airport employees that go here to stop coming since you never know if they will be open.
If this is a corporate store they need to take control back to serve their customers, if it's a franchise, it needs to be taken back and it's staff replaced with people that actually care about the customers.
Further proof that any generation after Gen X has no work ethics.
This is literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
Worst caramel Frappuccino I've ever had here today, looks like milk shake ,no taste, disgusting.
