Me and my sister went there because we were super thirsty we were on a hunt for some water, keep in mind we are on a long drive and stop at a different Starbucks 20 minutes ago to get our too tall ice waters (which they gave us without a hassle) we are at the drive-thru and we ask for our waters and she says that she is not allowed to give out waters without selling something to you then she says the cheapest thing on the menu is string cheese which goes for a dollar so we say never mind all we wanted was some water One star she was very rude I was just a thirsty kid. Keep in mind I go to Starbucks on a regular basis and don't ever have a problem like this.

For sure, it's one of the WORST Starbucks locations I've ever been to. And I've given them many chances since they are located next to my gym. I've tried walking in to order, and staff ignored me for at least 5 minutes. Then it takes (without exaggeration) 15 minutes to get my double espresso. And that is if they don't assume its iced (which I make sure to say that its hot when I order), in which case its even longer! Then.. I thought, maybe since they pay more attention to the drive-through customers that it would be better to order that way. NOPE! It's somehow worse! I'm not sure how that's possible. I'm at a point where I'd rather drive a few minutes down the street to the next starbucks just to avoid the incompetence!

The manager just sat there staring off while her workers barely could keep up. She seemed like a complete amateur, and was genuinely dismissive of her associates. Embarrassing behavior from a manager.
The other manager (I think his name was Emmett) was picking up after her like a daycare.

Been coming here for a couple weeks now to work and I love it! The people working here are really nice and my drinks come out quickly. It's my favorite coffeeshop to work from in the area.
I stumbled in hungover and with no money The ladies let me clean up in restroom and gave me awesome water God is awesome and bless theses ladies Nothing but agape love ❤️

Completely unacceptable drinks! I am not one for writing negative reviews but I'm disappointed and wish I could get a refund! I needed to get back to work. I ordered around 1:20pm on 12/7. Upon receiving the order, my Caramel Brulee Latte drink was only filled about 3/4 of the way and there was an oily film floating on top. I also ordered a Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher for a friend, it was made with water and not lemonade. I feel that they rushed through my order and did not follow the instructions and provided an inferior product.I'm a loyal Starbucks customer, this is not my usual location! So upset by this experience!

We went to the drive thru this morning and proceeded to wait for 5 minutes after they took our order, no one was in front of us, and when we finally got one of the workers attention she told us she was busy sweeping! We drove away. I do not recommend this location.
