Completely unacceptable drinks! I am not one for writing negative reviews but I'm disappointed and wish I could get a refund! I needed to get back to work. I ordered around 1:20pm on 12/7. Upon receiving the order, my Caramel Brulee Latte drink was only filled about 3/4 of the way and there was an oily film floating on top. I also ordered a Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher for a friend, it was made with water and not lemonade. I feel that they rushed through my order and did not follow the instructions and provided an inferior product.I'm a loyal Starbucks customer, this is not my usual location! So upset by this experience!

We went to the drive thru this morning and proceeded to wait for 5 minutes after they took our order, no one was in front of us, and when we finally got one of the workers attention she told us she was busy sweeping! We drove away. I do not recommend this location.

Stopped by this morning around 9:36am on 9/28. The lady at the window was rude. We ordered a drink with no whip & when we kindly reminded her, she took back the drink without saying a word, seemingly looked like she was annoyed. She was ignoring my sister & I, she was continuously talking over us & speaking with other people. We genuinely weren’t asking for too much but the way she handled her service made it seem like it’s too much. A long line started forming behind us, we tried getting her attention to simply ask for 2 straws. She only handed us 1 & wouldn’t look at us. We wanted to leave a tip, but it just felt like we were being ignored & her attitude wasn’t welcoming at all. I’m really sad I have to leave a bad review. Hopefully, my next visit will be a lot more different & better.

got a matcha and a bacon gouda. there was a hair in the sandwich which was not mine. absolutely disgusted. the matcha was not mixed well. used to go here because of convenience distance wise but the drinks always taste bad, the espresso tastes burnt and drinks are always off. somehow the ice is already melting into the drink even when it was just handed to me. just go to the johnson creek location. i always order the same thing but the johnson creek location actually does it right and consistently.

Just sat in your drive thru for nearly 10 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there, only to tell me you close at 10 (they WAITED UNTIL 10 to come to the speaker and tell me this. I was there long BEFORE 10.) EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
