The girls there are so hard working and kind. I enjoy my coffee as well as the connections I have with them. Management has gotten worse, and it pains me to see how the employees are overworked and treated. But I still love the diversity and hard work these ladies put in.
The lady that was working the day I went was very nice she is Pleasant she was the only one Blair she even had a customer that is being a big joke that day right in front of me and she handled it very professionally.
I've been frequenting this Starbucks drive-through for many years, it is hit and miss on the service depending on the server. This time the experience was exceptional.I came in today and I wanted a cold brew coffee but I wanted stars on my Starbucks card even though I didn't have any money loaded on there. I asked the server if I could do that anyway and she said no but she took the time to explain to me how I could load it up right there and do no work. She loaded it...
