If I could give 0 stars I would. Mobile ordered a simple holiday menu drink. I watched the barista make it completely incorrect. Proceeds to put it on the table. For 10 minutes I don't get a notification or a call saying order for Mike or anything. Sunny was the name of my barista. I mean no offense or anything but if you can't make a simple drink when I know there's cheat sheets back there, then you shouldn't be working here. Every time I have gone in and I have physically stood and watched her make my order it has turned out incorrect. So much so my church and I will no longer be going to this location. Their attitudes towards customers is ridiculous and it was very clear she didn't want to be working there. What a shame.

I do like Starbucks. It's convenient and I get what I expect most of the time. This Starbucks is ok. The staff isn't that friendly. That's ok. What really bothers me is the smell. Why does it smell so bad. None of the stores I frequent smells like this.

This is an unusual Starbucks with a nontraditional layout in a quirky neighborhood. The outdoor seating is a lot like sitting on the front porch of your house watching the world go by. I like it here.

I mobile ordered here on my walk! Spot on! The little porch is a cute place to sit for a few moments to catch your breath or read. Cute little local Starbucks!! 10/10. Girls were super nice!

The cleanest Starbucks in Portland, great vibes with neighborhood dogs outside, kids having a good time, and kind baristas. They have wheelchair access and many regular customs I notice are always having egaging discussions with the staff when they have the time. Definitely worth the trip! Parking seems terrible at first, but the art center acroiss the street has a ton of parking that never fills up!Love it here.

Starbucks should display more awareness of environmental degradation by NOT offering a plastic cap automatically for drinks. For many of us who have.their drinks in the shop don't need to add to the already horrible amount of plastic waste damaging the quality of our soil and waters.

I really like this location, even though it gets really busy at times. I wish I remembered her name, but one of the baristas really took the time to help me find something new to try and I ended up loving it! It was a white chocolate, raspberry, caramel Frappuccino with the caramel crunchies on top and I was in heaven lol. For as busy as this location gets, I just really appreciated the time she took to make me feel like a customer and not just her job. Really, the whole staff who was working there that morning was great, they even helped me find am extra outlet to plug my laptop in to (side note they are on the underside of the long table). And the cherry on top was the bathrooms were clean. It's the little things lol.
