Starbucks

This use to be the best store around and now cannot get my drink right. I ask for sugar free vanilla for my latte and do not get it and I even complained to the supvr,they cannot get ice in my drinks. I give up !! I found a better store and they get it right every time. Gone is the pride this store use to have and the willingness to do a good job...

I've gone in a few times now and order the same thing a light water one sweet and low not shaken black iced tea. they can't get it. the last time I used the drive thru I got zero sweetener cause they put equal in the system I said not sweet n low they removed all sweetener and nothing was added. so I only use the walk up window. this last visit might be my last. GREAT coffee. Never tasted coffee that was prepared so deliciously!
